1. Sleeping With Meredith Stout and Getting the Vibrator Weapon

In Act 1’s The Pickup” mission, you’ll encounter Meredith Stout, a seemingly typical Militech agent who hides a wild side. Make the right moves, and you can arrange an intimate meeting at the discreet No-Tell Motel. After your night of passion, don’t forget to pick up a unique club-like weapon, Sir John Phallustiff, from the bed. 2. Attending Jackie’s Memorial Service

During the intense “The Heist” mission in Act 1, things take a tragic turn, resulting in Jackie’s death. While riding in a Delamain, you must decide what to do with Jackie’s body. Your choice determines whether you unlock a memorial service for Jackie. The memorial service for Jackie allows players to uncover more of the backstory of their rugged and steadfast partner, providing additional context to the character they began their Night City journey with.

3. Saving Takemura During Search and Destroy

In Act 2, you partner with Takemura, a character seeking revenge for Soburu’s death. The story culminates in a Japantown parade and the “Search and Destroy” mission in a hotel room. After a surprise ambush, V is knocked out. Upon waking, you’re separated from Takemura. But you can save Takemura, leading to an additional ending branch.

4. Finding Cameos Like Hideo Kojima and Others

Throughout the game, you play segments as Johnny Silverhand, equipped with his distinctive gear, from clothing to his iconic Porsche car and hand cannon.
