How to Get Magearna in Pokémon Sun and Moon
Magearna is not found in the Alola region, but you can obtain it through a special QR code event. Here’s how to get your hands on this mythical Pokémon:
- Scan the QR Code: Visit Nintendo’s official page for the Magearna QR code. Open the page on a PC, phone, or tablet, and scan the code using the QR scanner in Pokémon Sun and Moon. To access the QR scanner, open the menu by pressing the X button. Then navigate to the second page.
- Complete the Main Story: Remember, you can only scan the QR code after finishing the main story of Pokémon Sun and Moon. Once scanned, you’ll receive a notification that Magearna is ready for pickup.
- Pick Up Magearna: Go to Hau’oli City and head to the Antiquities of the Ages shop located inside Hau’oli City Mall. You’ll find the deliveryman standing in front of the second shop. Talk to him to receive Magearna.
