This build requires reaching maximum level with the Veredicto weapon, using certain Figures, and attacking a specific enemy. The steps below detail exactly what you need to do to unlock this achievement.
Step 1: Max out Veredicto’s Weapon Memories
The Veredicto mace is the hardest hitting weapon in Blasphemous 2 and that makes it especially useful for this achievement. To ensure this weapon can hit for maximum damage you need to locate it’s upgrades and then unlock every one of its weapon memories.
Step 2: Slot the Correct Figures for a Damage Boost
With the Veredicto maxed out the next step is to create a figure build that will amplify the weapons damage. To do this you need to slot the following figures together to make special Named Resonances.
- The Anointed One + The Confessor.
The special pairing above gives you a boost to Veredicto’s damage and an additional boost to damage depending on Guilt accumulated. The rest of the pairings and figures can be whatever you wish to equip (even going without if you’d like).
Step 3: Accumulate Guilt by Dying
To give ourself the needed attack damage boost we must accumulate guilt. For this to work you will need to die repeatedly until your Fervor bar is 75% guilt. Make sure you don’t go all the way to 100% as we need a little Fervor for our attack. Hitting that 75% mark gives us the damage boost needed to reach the magical 250 number.
Step 4: Execute the Devastating Attack
Once you’ve accumulated enough guilt the final step is to trigger an attack for 250 damage. To do this go to the room to the left of the City of the Blessed Name. Here you will find a bird like enemy that rolls on the ground. Light Veredicto and then charge it. Get close and attack this enemy to unlock the achievement/trophy.
