Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Treasures of River Dee Guide

The third River Raid map you’ll unlock in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (after finding the two necessary clues) is the River Dee. This map features valuable collectibles and an intense boss fight. As with the previous maps, you’ll have a specific quest tied to exploring the River Dee. The quest, called Treasures of River Dee, is given by Vagn and tasks you with finding two pieces of Saint George’s legendary armor. How to Start the River Dee Map

To begin, speak with Vagn at the River Raid dock and select the River Dee map from the menu. Once you’re on the River Dee, you’ll find several raid locations marked on your map. Your goal is to locate two pieces of Saint George’s legendary armor, which are hidden in military locations.

Raid Tips for Success

• Prepare for Tough Battles: The River Dee is heavily guarded, so upgrade your crew and ship before starting.
• Don’t Rush: Search each camp thoroughly for treasure and supplies.
• Use Your Crew: Two-man chests require your crew’s help to open, so keep them close during raids.

Saint George’s Armor Locations on River Dee

Find the two armor pieces—Saint George’s Arms and Saint George’s Great Helm—inside large chests at military sites. Here’s how to efficiently complete the quest:

1. Head to Deva Victrix First:
   Sail to the farthest point on the map and raid Deva Victrix. This location houses Saint George’s Holy Sword, which is dropped by a boss. Defeating this boss and acquiring the sword is a key part of your adventure.
2. Raid Locations to Search:
   After securing the sword, work your way back through the following military locations:
   • Small Camps
   • Forward Camp
   • Staging Camp
   • Hillview Outpost
3. Finding the Armor Pieces:
   • I found Saint George’s Arms in the Forward Camp and Saint George’s Great Helm in the Staging Camp.
   • Keep in mind that the armor spawns are somewhat random, so these pieces might appear in different locations for you.

Tip: Look out for large two-man chests, as these are the ones containing the armor pieces.
