The Division 2 Luna League Guide

The Luna League challenges.

The Luna League, part of The Division 2‘s second season, brings a fresh set of challenges and rewards for agents. Running over two weeks, the league tasks players with completing timed missions and combat objectives for Cleaner enemies. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you dominate the Luna League and make the most of your efforts.

Luna League Challenges

The Luna League introduces two types of challenges: Timed Missions and Combat Challenges.

Timed Mission Challenges

Complete the following missions within specific time limits to rank up:

  • Pathway Park (Hard): Targets range from 50:00 to 15:00.
  • The Tombs (Hard): Targets range from 50:00 to 15:00.
  • Coney Island Ballpark (Hard): Targets range from 50:00 to 14:00.
  • Wall Street (Challenging): Targets range from 1:00:00 to 18:00.

Keep an eye on the “Next Stage” limit in the League menu to track your progress.

Combat Challenges

These involve farming Cleaner enemies for specific kill goals, and they can be completed on any difficulty:

  • Explosive Kills: 50 to 500 kills.
  • Hostiles Bled: 50 to 500 enemies.

Tip: Run Normal difficulty enemy farms to complete these challenges faster and with less effort.

Are the Rewards Worth It?

While the Luna League rewards offer some variety, experienced end-game players may find them underwhelming. Many of the caches contain items that players already farm for regularly. However, newer players or those looking to complete their collection may still find value in participating.

Tips for Completing the Luna League

  1. Prioritize Timed Missions Early: Start with missions on lower difficulties to meet time requirements more easily.
  2. Farm Cleaners on Normal: Focus on quick farming routes to complete combat challenges.
  3. Check Your Progress Often: Use the League menu to track stages and ensure you’re meeting your targets.
  4. Coordinate with a Squad: Missions and farming can go faster with a group of skilled players.

The Luna League brings another opportunity for players to test their skills and earn rewards. While some rewards may not appeal to seasoned agents, the event still provides a fun set of challenges for all players.
