How to Unlock Divano in Vampire Survivors

A few new characters are now unlockable in Vampire Survivors update 0.6.1. These new characters are hidden in how to unlock them. Unlike previous characters that you’ve encountered in the game these characters require completing a number of hidden objectives added in this patch. How to Unlock the Yellow Sign and Evolve the Laurel into the Crimson Shroud

A major addition in this patch is the Yellow Sign Relic, which unlocks hidden items across all stages. To obtain it, follow these steps:

How to Unlock the Yellow Sign

  1. Play the Moongolow stage using a base character.
  2. Avoid picking up any items from the map during your run.
  3. At the 14-minute mark, a special boss fight will trigger.
  4. Defeating the boss grants access to the Hidden Grounds.
  5. Complete the Hidden Grounds to find the Yellow Sign, which reveals hidden items like Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right.

How to Evolve the Laurel into the Crimson Shroud

With the Yellow Sign, you can now evolve the Laurel into the Crimson Shroud by following these steps:

  1. Find and collect the Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right, hidden on the left and right sides of each stage.
  2. Level both Metaglio items to +9.
  3. Acquire the Laurel and level it up to +8.
  4. Open a chest to trigger the evolution and obtain the Crimson Shroud.

Unlocking Divano Thelma

Once you’ve evolved the Laurel into the Crimson Shroud, you’ll unlock Divano Thelma:

  1. Finish or quit your run.
  2. A pop-up achievement will confirm you’ve unlocked Divano.
  3. Visit the Character Selection screen and purchase Divano with gold to fully unlock him.

Divano’s Abilities

  • Starts with the Laurel as his default weapon.
  • Begins with +1 extra level.
  • Gains +1 Armor every 5 levels (up to a maximum of +5).
