Where to Find Jar Bairn in Elden Ring
Elden Ring has added a new NPC to the game in the form of the Jar Bairn. This NPC is tied to both the Iron Fist Alexander and Diallos questlines. Unfortunately there is nothing pointing players to this NPC. To help you learn where to find Jar Bairn in Elden Ring see our guide below.
Where is the Jar Bairn
The Jar Bairn NPC can be found in the Liurnia of the Lakes named location of Jarburg. This location is on the eastside of the region just south of the Cairn Study Hall. When you reach this location you can find the Jar Bairn NPC sitting on the steps of the north building on the hillside. Go up to this NPC and speak to him. He will ask if you wish to be a Potentate. If you agree you will show you hand and then it will tell you your hands are to smooth.
To advance the questline featuring the Jar Bairn you need to complete both of the Iron Fist Alexander and Diallos character questlines. These questlines result in Diallos coming to Jarburg. At this point the Jar Bairn will be more willing to accept you as a Potentate.
