What to Do After Beating Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is a huge game with a ton of content for players to complete. To reach the game’s end you will need to complete hours of gameplay. Once you do reach the end the game appears to sort of end. This may seem like the case, but there are a few things to do after beating the game. If you want to know more see our suggestions of what to do after beating Assassin’s Creed Valhalla below.
Complete the Hamtunscire Arc
When you complete the entire Alliance Map you will trigger one final location arc. This arc, called In the Hall of the Slain, sees you complete the final area called Hamtunscire. This area has a power level of 340. To start the arc pledge on the Alliance Map then make your way to Weham. The Prophecies of the King Arc consists of a total of 5 missions you need to complete:
- Kingdom’s End.
- Holy Day.
Once you’ve completed the Hamtunscire Arc you will have completed all of the main territory arcs in the base game. This final arc is fairly underwhelming with it serving more as filler than anything else. This is probably due to the fact there is more content on the way (I will touch on this later).
Find the Three Legendary Weapons & Thor’s Armor
In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla there are a total of three Legendary Weapons hidden across the two maps. These Legendary Weapons have specific requirements that make getting them up until late-game fairly hard to do. In total there are three Legendary weapons and the legendary Thor’s Armor to find:
- Gungnir Spear.
- Excalibur Sword.
- Mjolnir Hammer.
- Thor’s Armor.
All of the above listed weapons and armor sets can be acquired easily in the end-game as you will be strong enough to complete all of the different challenges attached to the different items.
Hunt the Order
The shadowy group the Order still exists even after you’ve pacified England. Not only do these enemies still appear in the world you can still find clues and hunt them down if you so desire. The ultimate goal here is to uncover who The Father is. This can be done by gathering clues off the other Order members you defeat.
Cleanup Missed Map Activities
There is a ton do in each of the different territories in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. If you didn’t manage to see everything now is a good time to clean up activities you may have missed. These include:
- Legendary Animals.
- Standing Stones.
- Artifacts.
- World Events.
- Mysteries.
- More.
If you haven’t done everything yet get out there and get started. You will earn a ton of different rewards that will come in handy for the final thing to do in end-game.
Wait for More Content
Ubisoft has a pretty interesting post-launch roadmap planned for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. There is a good mix of both free and DLC content coming over the next year. This content begins to arrive in December when they drop the first free content pack that includes a seasonal event and a new raid mode. For more details on what’s to come check out the roadmap above or read our post about it.
