Vampire Survivors 6000 Rotting Ghouls Enemies Guide
In the Vampires Survivors Tides of the Foscari DLC there is an unlock that can be completed by defeating a total of 6000 Rotting Ghouls enemies. This may sound simple enough, but finding this enemy is a bit difficult. To help you complete this unlock see our Vampire Survivors 6000 Rotting Ghouls enemies guide.
Where to Find the Rotting Ghouls Enemies
To complete the 6000 Rotting Ghouls unlock you need to have access to the Foscari Abyss level. This level is unlocked by breaking the Seal of the Lake using Keitha Muort. Once the seal is broken you unlock the Foscari Abyss stage where the Rotting Ghoul enemies are located.
Once you have the Foscari Abyss unlocked start a run on that stage using whichever preferred character you like. To find the Rotting Ghoul enemies in the game you want to go to a specific location in the Foscari Abyss. This area is is located by heading south of the spawn until you reach the two Crown pickups on the map. Go west here until you enter a large room. Head north/northwest until you reach the area on the map shown above.
In this area you will encounter Rotting Ghoul enemies. These enemies will continuously spawn in this room, making it an ideal location to farm this enemy type. To add to the spawn rate you can max out the Charm PowerUp before your run. You can also grab the Skull O’Manic item and select the XIII – Wicked Season Arcanas at the during the run for higher enemy spawn rates.
To track your progress you can use the in-game Bestiary. Once you’ve killed one of the Rotting Ghoul enemies you will unlock entry #148. At the top of the entry there is a running Defeated tally that shows how many you’ve killed so far.
Once you’ve destroyed 6000 of these pesky enemies you will have completed the unlock. This unlock adds a new DLC character to the game’s roster in the form of Rottin’ Ghoul, a rotting ghoul character that starts with the Party Popper meme weapon.
This is not the only enemy challenge to complete in the DLC. There is a second challenge that tasks players with finding 6000 Sammies. See our guide for help in completing that unlock.
