Venusaur, Blastoise, and Charizard Confirmed for Next Three Tera Raids
To mark Pokémon Day (February 27) and the launch of Pokémon Red and Blue, three unique 7-star Tera Raids are planned in the coming weeks for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. These raids showcase starters from the original games.
- Venusaur: Available from February 28 at 00:00 UTC to March 5 at 23:59 UTC.
- Blastoise: Available from March 6 at 00:00 UTC to March 12 at 23:59 UTC.
- Charizard: Available from March 13 at 00:00 UTC to March 17 at 23:59 UTC.
If you’re new to 7-star raids, know that they’re the toughest challenges in the game. In these raids, you (alone or with a team) battle level 100 Pokémon, including rare ones not found elsewhere.
Completing a 7-star raid allows you to catch the Pokémon you battled. This Pokémon is always at level 100 and has the Mighty mark. Also, raid Pokémon have excellent EVs, making them great for breeding shiny variants.
Before tackling a 7-star raid, ensure thorough preparation. We recommend using level 100 Pokémon that have undergone EV training for optimal performance. You also want to ensure the Pokémon you use is correct type to exploit weakness matchups.
During the livestream, the presenters made another significant announcement, treating fans to a sneak peek of the upcoming Legends title, Pokémon Legends Z-A. Dive into the details of Pokemon Legends Z-A to uncover more information.
