Pokemon Legends Arceus To Bloom or Not to Bloom is Request 17 in-game. This Request comes from Kichi of the Agriculture Corps. Kichi wants to learn about Cherrim’s changeable appearance. Where to Start To Bloom or Not to Bloom (Request 17)

You can start this Request by speaking to Kichi in the Farm in Jubilife Village. Kichi tells you they want to see a completed Pokdex entry for Cherrim (reach Research Level 10). This starts Request 17. When ready head to the Obsidian Fieldlands’ Heights Camp to get started.

Fill Cherrim Pokedex then Show to Kichi

Early: From the Heights Camp make your way to the named location called The Heartwood. In this location look for shaking trees. Throw a poke ball at the tree to knock the Pokemon out of it. One of the Pokemon that can jump from the trees is Cherubi or Cherrim. If you catch a Cherubi you can evolve it at Lv. 26.

Later: You can encounter Cherrims and Cherubis in Gapejaw Bog in the Crimson Mirelands. They are found inside shaking trees as well.

Regardless of which location you choose you will need to spend a decent chunk of time looking for this Pokemon. Ideally if you can look for Cherubis when their is an Outbreak you will have more success, since levelling them up is faster. To level up Cherrim’s Research Level do any of the following:

• Catch.
• Catch during daylight hours.
• Defeat.
• See use Petal Dance.
• See use agile style move.
• Viewed jumping out of tree.

Once you reach Research Level 10 take your Cherrim Pokedex page back to Kichi. Show him the page to complete the Request. After completing the Request you will receive your rewards.
