There are 50 Trophies to unlock in Metro Exodus, including a Platinum Trophy for collecting them all.

Here’s the full list of all the Trophies you can earn in Metro Exodus, organized by category to help you plan your Trophy hunt more effectively.

Story-Progression Trophies:

These Trophies are earned as you progress through the main story.

  • Exodus: Complete the Moscow level.
  • Lower the Bridge: Complete the Volga level.
  • Spoiled Dinner: Complete the Yamantau level.
  • New Order: Complete the Caspian level.
  • Gor’ko!: Attend the wedding on the Summer level.
  • Sword of Damocles: Complete the Taiga level.
  • Putrification: Pass the putrid tunnel.
  • Guide: Pass the Research Facility without killing a Blind One on the Dead City level.
  • Hardcore: Complete the game in Ranger Hardcore mode.
  • Eternal Voyage: Save Anna by paying the ultimate price.
  • Your Destination: Assume command of the Order.

Exploration & Environmental Trophies:

These Trophies encourage exploration and interaction with the game world.

  • Brakeman: Detach all train cars on the Moscow level.
  • Aurora: Name the locomotive.
  • Regatta: Get into a boat.
  • Railwayman: Get into the Trolley.
  • Fisherman: Kill the Catfish.
  • Master of the Forest: Stand your ground against the Bear at the first encounter.
  • 5 o’clock: Take part in the Admiral’s tea party on the Taiga level.
  • Decommunization: Destroy the biggest statue in front of the children’s camp on the Taiga level.
  • Roller Coaster: Use the bucket lift on the Caspian level to reach the Oasis.

Character & NPC-Related Trophies:

These Trophies are earned by interacting with specific characters or ensuring their survival.

  • Friend of the Crew: Find the guitar and teddy bear on the Volga level.
  • Long Distance Passenger: Find the passenger train car.
  • Duke: Duke survives.
  • Damir: Damir stays with the crew.
  • Alyosha: Alyosha doesn’t get wounded.
  • Full Strength: Duke and Damir stay with the crew, and Alyosha doesn’t get wounded.

Combat-Related Trophies:

These Trophies challenge you to complete specific combat-related tasks.

  • Righteous Vengeance: Kill 90 cannibals.
  • Carmehaddon: Make 50 kills with the Bukhanka.
  • Antibiotic: Kill 300 mutants.
  • Sniper: Kill 50 enemies at long distance.
  • Silent Marksman: Kill 30 enemies with the Tikhar.
  • Robin Hood: Kill 30 enemies with Crossbow.
  • Headhunter: Kill 300 human enemies.
  • Saboteur: Melee-kill or stun 50 enemies.
  • Firebird: Kill a demon with fire.
  • Kaleidoscope: Kill 3 enemies using a sniper scope while wearing the gas mask and using Night Vision goggles.

Collectible Trophies:

These Trophies reward you for finding various collectibles throughout the game.

  • Librarian: Find all 70 hidden Diary pages.
  • Old World Pictures: Find all 21 post cards.
  • Join Us on Air: Find a tune on the radio.
  • Complete Road Map: Find the maps in the laboratory.

Miscellaneous Trophies:

These are for completing unique or more niche tasks.

  • Professional: Make at least one kill with every ranged weapon.
  • Gunsmith: Install a modification on each category on a single weapon.
  • Tidyman: Spend 500 chemical on cleaning weapons.
  • Handyman: Spend 500 consumable resources on crafting.
  • Dressed for Success: Find all upgrades for Artyom’s suit.
  • Martian: Patch the gas mask.
  • Last Breath: After running out of filters in a hazard zone, craft a new one while suffocating.

Platinum Trophy:

  • Platinum Trophy: Get all trophies in the game.
