How to Reach 14-Hearts with Abigail?

Starting from 0 hearts, you’ll first need to develop a friendship by giving her gifts she loves and interacting with her daily. Once your relationship reaches 10 hearts, you can propose to her using a Mermaid’s Pendant.

After marriage, you should be at 10 hearts. From there, continue to nurture your relationship by giving her favorite gifts to increase your hearts to the maximum of 14.

Abigail’s Favorite Gifts

To unlock Abigail’s 14-Heart Event, you’ll need to max out her affection by reaching 14 hearts. If you’re already married, you’ll likely be at around 10 hearts. To raise her friendship quickly, focus on giving her the following favorite gifts:

Abigail 14 Heart Event

After reaching 14 hearts with Abigail, you can trigger her special Heart Event. To start the event, leave your farmhouse and take the path north toward the Carpenter’s Shop. As you walk along this path, the 14-Heart Event will automatically trigger.

In the event, you’re foraging in some bushes when a monster suddenly attacks, catching you off guard. Abigail arrives just in time to defeat the monster and rushes to check on you. You embrace, and she asks how you feel, offering the following dialogue options:

• “It’s sad, but there was no other option.”
• “Monsters don’t deserve our sympathy.”
• “It’s a harsh world, kid.”
• “Did you have to kill him?”

Your choice of response does impact your relationship with Abigail. Choosing “It’s sad, but there was no other option” or “Monsters don’t deserve our sympathy” will maintain or slightly increase her affection. Responses like “It’s a harsh world, kid” or “Did you have to kill him?” may slightly decrease her affection.

After making your choice, you embrace again, and Abigail decides to bury the monster nearby. The scene fades to black, marking the end of the event.
