How to Change Hairstyle and Tattoos in The Division 2

In The Division 2, you might have thought your character’s appearance was locked in once you created them, but that’s not the case. As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock the ability to change your character’s hairstyle and tattoos. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to change hairstyle and tattoos in The Division 2.
Step 1: Reach The Campus Settlement
To start, you need to progress through the game until you reach The Campus Settlement in Downtown West. Once you arrive, speak with the settlement leader to unlock a series of new missions.
Step 2: Complete a Settlement Story Mission
Next, complete one of the Settlement Story Missions. After completing a mission like DCD Headquarters, return to The Campus Settlement. You’ll find a new character, Joshua Brown, who is a Barber. Speak to him, and he will offer to move to the Base of Operations.
Step 3: Visit the Barber at the Base of Operations
Once Joshua Brown is at the Base of Operations, you’ll gain access to the Barber. At the Barber, you can change your character’s appearance, including:
- Hairstyle
- Hair Color
- Facial Hair
- Face Paint
- Scars
- Neck Tattoos
- Arm Tattoos
- Leg Tattoos
Each change will cost e-Credit, so be mindful of your currency as you make adjustments.
That’s all it takes to change your hairstyle and tattoos in The Division 2. Simply progress through the story, unlock Joshua Brown, and visit him at the Base of Operations. You’ll have full control over your character’s look!
