- How to Unlock: Complete the first mission and invade Turnipseed Farm.
- Brain Drain
- How to Unlock: During the Turnipseed Farm mission, consume a human brain to regenerate your shields.
- Rockwell Death Knell
- How to Unlock: Complete the mission and invade Rockwell.
- Covert Thoughts
- How to Unlock: In the Rockwell mission, use the Cortex Scan on humans at the fair to unlock this achievement.
- Immodesta
- How to Unlock: Complete the mission and invade Santa Modesta.
- Reduce, Abuse, Recycle
- How to Unlock: Use the Disintegrator Ray to transmog an object for ammunition during the Santa Modesta mission.
- Simply Repulsive
- How to Unlock: Use the Repulse-O-Tron to deflect a homing missile in the Santa Modesta mission.
- Area of Dissect
- How to Unlock: Complete the mission and invade Area 42.

Missable Destroy All Humans (2020) Achievements
These 27 achievements are optional and may require extra effort or exploration. However, if you miss them, you can always return to previous levels via Exploration Mode to unlock them at any time.
- When Two Humans Collide
- How to Unlock: Use your PK (Psychokinesis) ability to pick up one human and throw them into another.
- Harvest Season
- How to Unlock: Find and recover a Furon Probe, a hidden collectible in each level.
- Down to the Challenge
- How to Unlock: Replay any mission in Exploration Mode and complete any challenge (Abduction, Armageddon, Race, or Rampage).
- A Pox on Your Gear
- How to Unlock: Spend DNA to upgrade Crypto’s abilities at Pox’s Lab after the Turnipseed Farm mission.
- And a Pox to Your Saucer Too
- How to Unlock: Spend DNA at Pox’s Lab to upgrade your saucer’s weapons after the Turnipseed Farm mission.
- Man’s Inhumanity to Man
- How to Unlock: Pick up an explosive item (like a red barrel) and throw it into a crowd of humans to destroy them.
- Rejected for Probing
- How to Unlock: Use the Abducto Beam from your saucer to throw an object into another object.
- A Swift Harvest
- How to Unlock: Rapidly mash the button when performing a Brain Extraction or Transmogrify to complete the task faster.
- No Time to Waste
- How to Unlock: Kill a human with both a weapon and a psychic ability at the same time.
- Fly, My Pretties
- How to Unlock: Use PK to throw a human into the air, wait for them to come back down, and catch them again to unlock this achievement.
- As is Tradition
- How to Unlock: Use your saucer to abduct a cow, which can be found in free roam areas like Turnipseed Farm.
- Champion of Abduction
- How to Unlock: Complete an Abduction challenge in Exploration Mode with a 3-star rating.
- Furon Faster Race
- How to Unlock: Complete a Race challenge with a 3-star rating. This is easiest after upgrading your Dash ability.
- The Art of Armageddon
- How to Unlock: Complete an Armageddon challenge with a 3-star rating. It’s recommended to upgrade your saucer for this.
- Righteous Rampage
- How to Unlock: Complete a Rampage challenge with a 3-star rating. Upgrade Crypto’s abilities for the best results.
- Jerk of All Trades
- How to Unlock: Obtain at least a 2-star rating for each of the four challenge types: Armageddon, Abduction, Race, and Rampage.
- Gas-Guzzler Guzzler
- How to Unlock: Use the Abducto Beam to lift a car and drain it to replenish your saucer’s shields.
- Invasion of the Body Swappers
- How to Unlock: Unlock and equip a new skin for Crypto in the Mothership’s archives.
- Furonigami
- How to Unlock: Explore the Mothership’s offbeat areas, such as the Furonigami section in the archives.
- Grade A Upgrade
- How to Unlock: Fully upgrade one of the branches of a weapon or ability.
- Hot to Trot
- How to Unlock: Evade a rocket by using your dash ability.
- Do Feed the Sharks
- How to Unlock: In the Santa Modesta mission, PK throw a human into the ocean near the “Do Not Feed the Sharks” sign on the beach.
- Return of the Clone II – Reloaded
- How to Unlock: Replay a mission in the Mothership’s Holopox Deck.
- Hop the Hoop
- How to Unlock: Fly through the giant donut at Tasty Pete’s Donut Shop in Santa Modesta using your jetpack.
- Pyrokinesis
- How to Unlock: Set an object on fire using your Disintegrator Ray, then throw it at a human to kill them.
- Ace of Space
- How to Unlock: Ace all 24 challenges in the game, earning 3 stars in each one.
- The Mandatory Option
- How to Unlock: Complete every optional mission objective in the game. You can replay missions through the Holopox Deck to track and complete these objectives.
