Destiny 2 Exodus: Preparation Guide – How to Start and Complete
In the Season of Arrivals for Destiny 2 there are a number of quests that are slated to go live as the season progresses. One of the seasonal quests players can complete is from Zavala and it called Exodus: Preparation. To help you complete this quest check out our Destiny 2 Exodus: Preparation guide below.
How to Start the Exodus: Preparation Quest
To start this Season of Arrivals exclusive quest you will need to make your way to the Tower to speak to Zavala. When you speak to Zavala there will be a brief dialogue sequence after which you will be able to receive the first quest step which is to Speak to Sloane on Titan. Head to Titan and speak to Sloane. If you don’t know where Sloane is she can be found next to the Siren’s Watch landing zone.
How to Complete the Task at Hand Quest Step
After you speak to Sloane you will receive the Task at Hand quest objective. This quest objective tasks you with completing a Weekly Bounty for Sloane. To get a Weekly Bounty from Sloane speak to her then select the Weekly Bounty you feel is easiest for you to complete. After you’ve completed and claimed the Weekly Bounty from Sloane return to her to receive the next quest step called Fortifying Io. To complete this step head to Io and speak to Asher Mir who can be found next to The Rupture landing zone. Asher Mir will give you the Novel Data quest step when spoken to.
How to Complete the Novel Data Quest Step
Upon speaking to to Asher Mir you will receive the Novel Data quest step. This quest step is exactly like the step you completed on Titan. To complete this step you need to complete a Weekly Bounty from Asher Mir. Again I recommend taking the bounty you think will be the easiest for you to complete. Upon completion of the Weekly Bounty for Asher Mir return and speak to him to get the Report to Zavala quest step back on the Tower. Head to the Tower now and speak to Zavala.
Return to Zavala on the Tower
On the Tower Zavala will give you the Militia’s Birthright Grenade Launcher and the next quest step which is to speak to Brother Vance on Mercury. If you don’t know where this NPC is Brother Vance can be found inside the Lighthouse. Make your way to Mercury and speak to Brother Vance to get the quest step called A Hymnal Opens.
How to Complete the A Hymnal Opens Quest Step
If you haven’t seen the pattern here, basically we are going around to each of the planets and completing Weekly Bounties. This is no different for Brother Vance on Mercury. Select the bounty you think will be easy enough to complete and head out and complete it. Claim the bounty and head back to Brother Vance to learn the next step which is to head to Mars to speak to Ana Bray in the Braytech Futurescape area of the planet. When you speak to Ana she will give you the BrayTech Support quest step.
How to Complete the BrayTech Support Quest Step
Ana will give you another quest step that tasks you with completing a Weekly Bounty on Mars. Complete the bounty then collect it at return to Ana to get the next step of the quest which is to return to Zavala on the Tower. Head to the Tower now and speak to Zavala.
Return to Zavala on the Tower
Speak to Zavala one final time to end the Exodus: Preparation mission. For your efforts you will unlock a Triumph called Exodus: Preparation.
