Where to Find Sloane:
Sloane is located near the Siren’s Watch landing zone on Titan. Simply travel there, speak with her, and you’ll be ready to move on to the next step.
How to Complete the Task at Hand Quest Step
Sloane will assign you the Task at Hand objective, which requires you to complete a Weekly Bounty for her.
- Getting the Weekly Bounty: Speak to Sloane and select a bounty you find easiest to complete.

Brother Vance is located in the Lighthouse on Mercury. Travel there, and he will assign you the next quest step: A Hymnal Opens.
On the Tower Zavala will give you the Militia’s Birthright Grenade Launcher and the next quest step which is to speak to Brother Vance on Mercury. If you don’t know where this NPC is Brother Vance can be found inside the Lighthouse. Make your way to Mercury and speak to Brother Vance to get the quest step called A Hymnal Opens.
How to Complete the A Hymnal Opens Quest Step
Once again, it’s time to complete another Weekly Bounty, but this time for Brother Vance on Mercury.
- Get and Complete the Weekly Bounty: Pick a bounty from Brother Vance, complete it, and return to him for the next step: Speak to Ana Bray on Mars.
How to Complete the BrayTech Support Quest Step
On Mars, find Ana Bray in the Braytech Futurescape area. She will assign you the BrayTech Support quest step.
- Complete the Weekly Bounty on Mars: Pick an easy bounty from Ana, complete it, then return to her to receive the next quest step: Return to Zavala on the Tower.
