ConcernedApe, the celebrated solo developer behind Stardew Valley, has just hit a major milestone, surpassing 1 million followers on X. To celebrate this achievement, the developer has shared exclusive screenshots from their eagerly awaited game, Haunted Chocolatier.

Expressing gratitude for the remarkable follower count, ConcernedApe tweeted, “Thanks for 1 million followers! Here’s a sneak peek at a few Haunted Chocolatier images.” Alongside this message, fans were treated to four fresh screenshots that provide intriguing insights into the game’s diverse in-game locations and gameplay elements.

These captivating images are rich in detail, promising a visually engaging experience for players. One notable addition that caught the attention of many is the introduction of a bow and arrow for combat, signaling an exciting enhancement to the game’s combat system.

Haunted Chocolatier, a project shrouded in mystery, has been in active development since 2020. Players received their first tantalizing glimpse of the game in December 2021 when ConcernedApe unveiled an enticing announcement trailer.

Since the initial reveal, ConcernedApe has periodically teased fans with hints and details about the game through their social media posts. Notably, these teasers have included intriguing references to some sort of connection with Stardew Valley and the absence of plans for a mobile release.

Unfortunately, there is still no information regarding the release date of Haunted Chocolatier. ConcernedApe is presently occupied with the development of Update 1.6 for Stardew Valley, which has been consuming a significant amount of their time recently. However, once Haunted Chocolatier is ready for launch, it will be accessible on both PC and consoles.
