Location: Castle Crimson.

The first bosses you will encounter while playing through the final DLC are Evil Brick and Evil Merdecai. These bosses can be found during the second main mission called Siege of Castle Crimson. While you are making your way to the second catapult you will enter a boss arena featuring both of these bosses. You have to defeat them to advance the main story.

Evil Lilith

Location: Castle Crimson.

At the very end of Castle Crimson you will enter a portal that takes you to a boss arena high up in the sky. Here you will come face to face with Evil Lilith. Evil Lilith is a major boss fight with two phases you need to complete. The second phase occurs at half health. Once you do defeat Evil Lilith you will be able to enter a door leading to the buzz-axe.

Locomobius

Location: Sapphire’s Run.

In the second significant zone of the Borderlands 3 DLC, known as Sapphire’s Run, your mission is to rescue Maya, who’s been abducted by the train named Locomobius. Throughout most of this level, you’ll face off against the boss. However, you won’t be able to confront the train until you reach the zone’s conclusion, where you’ll engage in a battle with the boss. It’s worth noting that corrosive damage proves highly effective against this boss.

Dr. Benedict

Location: Benediction of Pain.

You’ll venture into the third zone, the Benediction of Pain, to locate a mask. It’s named after Dr. Benedict, the boss who awaits at the zone’s conclusion. Dr. Benedict wields a shield and a red health bar, which you must overcome for victory. After defeating him, you can release the towering Krieg figures scattered throughout the level.

Psychoreaver

To conclude the main story in the Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC, you’ll face the ultimate boss, Psychoreaver, located in Vaulthalla after unlocking the gate. Similar to other final bosses, defeating Psychoreaver involves several phases, including a large-sized and a giant-sized one. Overcoming Psychoreaver marks the completion of the DLC.
