To access these sets, you must first meet the Grandmaster Armorer in Beauclair—the sparkling capital of Toussaint—which kicks off your quest to collect rare diagrams. Finding the Schematics
1. Schematics for the Silver Sword & Gauntlets
Once the mission for the Grandmaster Ursine set is activated, you’ll be sent to explore a ruined home in Flovive, northeast of Beauclair. This large, red-hued mansion appears to be crumbling into the ground, adding a dramatic atmosphere to your quest.
- Location Details:
At the backside of the house, near a noticeable sinkhole, a rock wall stands in your way. Use the AARD sign to shatter the rock and reveal a hidden cave. - Inside the Cave:
Head to the right side, and you’ll discover a chest containing the first three schematics needed for the set—vital blueprints for the Silver Sword and Gauntlets.
2. Schematics for the Steel Sword, Boots & Trousers
After looting the initial schematics, you’ll find Charite Gontran de Tufo’s journal among the loot. This journal directs you to a nearby lake where a hidden cave awaits.
- Inside the Cave:
Within the cavern, you’ll confront a few centipedes as you follow the unmistakable Witcher symbols along a winding tunnel. At the tunnel’s end, a particularly fierce centipede guards the final chest. Defeat it and loot its remains to secure the remaining three schematics—completing the collection for the Steel Sword, Boots, and Trousers.
