In Elden Ring there are a number of named regions players can access only by using certain means of transportation. One of the regions is the Siofra River. This underground area is accessible by using the Siofra River Well. This place is home to a boss and a few side quests players can complete. Siofra River Well Location

As you playthrough the game you may run across a few references to the Siofra River Well. This named place is located in Limgrave. Head to the Minor Erdtree near the southeastern border. Go north from the tree and you will find the well. Go inside the well to access its elevator. Ride this elevator down to reach the Siofra River.

The Siofra River is split into two distinct sections: upper and lower. The lower portion is accessible by using the Siofra River Well. The upper portion is accessible only after the star crashes into the earth following a particular boss fight.

While you are down here keep in mind that there is a boss you can fight. Also keep in mind that there is a second well that is accessible in this area that leads to the Great Jar in Caelid.
