Where to Find the Gas Mask in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3

To get the Gas Mask, continue progressing through the main storyline until you complete the power plant room. Once you finish, Ollie will direct you to return under the statues to obtain another key—specifically for the building named “Home Sweet Home.”

The Gas Mask will be hanging from a broken board in the hole in the ground.

1. Enter the Home Sweet Home Area
   After completing the power plant room, head to the “Home Away From Home” area. Complete the first section, which involves navigating a dream maze and culminating in an encounter with Evil Huggy Wuggy.
2. Wake Up in Home Sweet Home
   Once Evil Huggy Wuggy catches you, you’ll wake up in the actual “Home Sweet Home” level. Continue into the next room, which features three locked doors and a hole in the floor near some toy blocks.
3. Spot the Gas Mask
   Look down into the hole, and you’ll see the Gas Mask hanging from a broken board. Reach into the hole using your hand to grab the mask and add it to your inventory.

Note: If you already dropped through the hole and missed the Gas Mask, don’t worry! Just stand under the hole, look up, and you’ll see the mask hanging there. Use your hand to grab it as you would from the top.

How to Use the Gas Mask

Once you have the Gas Mask in your inventory, you can equip it at any time. The button to equip the mask varies depending on the platform you’re using:

• PC: Press F to equip the Gas Mask.
• Other platforms: Use the designated button for your system.

Wearing the Gas Mask is essential for surviving areas with red gas, such as beyond the locked door of the Counselor’s Building. However, keep in mind that wearing the mask reduces your field of view (FOV), making it harder to see and navigate. Be prepared for the challenge!
