To make use of the Gorlek Ore you need to find a master craftsman and there is only one in the game named Grom. Now Grom wont take the ore from you until you meet him in Wellsprings Glades. This area comes after Kwolok’s Hollow and lead to The Wellspring area. To reach this haven you need to have both Dash and Bash. Once you have both abilities you can use them to shoot down the wall (redirect the nearby projectile into the wall) to enter this village.

Inside the village you will find NPCs you’ve met before including Grom. When you speak with Grom he mentions needing Gorlek Ore to fix some of the haven infastructure that is rundown. If you have ore you can fund things like fixing the Spirit Well, removing the spikey vines, and more. Once you’ve done a project you will trigger a side mission called Rebuilding the Glades which tasks you with collecting Gorlek Ore to fund his projects.

That’s all you need to know about what to do with Gorlek Ore in Ori and the Will of the Wisps. The projects you complete seriously help make the Wellspring Glades a nicer locations with more amenities to help on your journey. If you have the time this side quest should be a must complete.
