Vampire Survivors Seals Tides of the Foscari DLC
The Vampire Survivors Seals in the Tides of the Foscari DLC are special crystals players can break to access new areas and new maps. These seals appear and can be broken if the proper conditions are met. If you don’t know what the conditions are, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know to break the different seals in the DLC.
How to Break the Seal of the Lake
The first of the seals you need to break is the Seal of the Lake. This seal is located in the Lake Foscari stage. To break it unlock the character Keitha Muort and do a run of the stage with Keitha. When the run starts open your map and look for a ? in the northeast corner. Go to this question mark to find the lake and the Seal of the Lake, which is a giant floating crystal.
To Break the Seal of the Lake you need to evolve the starting weapon of Keitha, which is the Flash Arrow. To trigger the evolution combined the +8 Flash Arrow with +8 Bracers and +8 Clover then open a treasure chest after the 10 minute mark. This will create the Millionaire evolution. Once you have this evolution walk up to the crystal and wait for the Millionaire weapon to break it.
Upon breaking the Seal of the Lake you will unlock the achievement called Abyss Foscari. You then automatically start a new run in a new stage called Abyss Foscari. This stage is home to the two other seals you must break to complete the DLC.
How to Break the Seal of the Abyss
The second seal you need break to advance the DLC is the Seal of the Abyss. This seal is located in the Abyss Foscari stage. To break the seal you need to do a run with the character Maruto Cuts. When you start the run look for another ? mark on your map that is located southwest corner of the level. At the question mark you will find another giant floating crystal which is the Seal of the Abyss.
To Break the Seal of the Abyss you need to evolve the starting weapon of Maruto, which is the Eskizzibur. To trigger the evolution combined the Eskizzibur with +8 Armor then open a treasure chest after the 10 minute mark. This will create the Legionnaire evolution. Once you have this evolution walk up to the crystal and wait for the Legionnaire weapon to break it.
Upon breaking the Seal of the Abyss you will unlock the achievement called Luminaire Foscari. This clears up the black flog blanketing the Abyss Foscari Stage, allowing you to explore more of it. It also allows us to get to the final seal of the DLC.
How to Break the Seal of the Banished
The third, and final, seal players need to break to complete the DLC is the Seal of the Banished. This seal is located in the Abyss Foscari stage, but is only accessible after you’ve broken the Seal of the Abyss. Once you’ve broken that seal start a new run with the character Eleanro Uziron. When you start the new run open your map and look for yet another ? mark. You will find it in the middle west portion of the stage. At the question mark you will find another giant floating crystal and a mysterious creature behind it.
To Break the Seal of the Banished you need to evolve the starting weapon of Eleanor, which is the SpellString. To trigger the evolution combined the SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike items together and then open a treasure chest after the 10 minute mark. This will create the SpellStorm evolution. Once you have this evolution walk up to the crystal and wait for the SpellStorm weapon to break it.
Upon breaking the Seal of the Banished you will unlock the achievement called Genevive Gruyere. Alongside unlocking the achievement you will also trigger the Tides of the Foscari DLC’s final boss fight. This boss fight is against Je-Ne-Viv. Defeat Je-Ne-Viv to unlock Hyper Abyss Foscari and an achievement.
