  • Skimming (Collectible 1): Before heading into the passenger terminal look to the left when facing the building with the “See the capital by boat” ad on it to find a locked fence area. Shoot the lock off the fence and head inside it to grab this collectible. When on the balcony area outside the bar look across the room to the cluster offices. Shoot the power circuit there to access Collectible 5 later.
  • Promise (Collectible 2): Look for the Most 24 Shop in the passengers terminal and head up the stairs to the floor above it. Grab the Shop Key from inside the bar there and go back down to the Most 24 Shop. Go inside the shop and open the locked door to reach this collectible.
  • Fair (Collectible 3): After you raise the shutters to open up more of the passengers terminal head into the newly accessible area. In the top right of this room there is an office area where snipers spawn. In this room is the collectible.
  • Inflation (Collectible 4): Head into the Warehouse on go to the closed door on the left called Administration. You will see a camera and writing on the wall that says “Smile and Wave You’re on Camera.” Use the wave emote then head back to the office beneath where you shot the electrical box. Use the now active computer there to open the Administration door. Go inside the Administration room and grab the Door Code. Use the Door Code to open Boat Storage. Grab the collectible off the crate.
  • Value (Collectible 5): Sitting on a chair on the catwalk above the mission exit in the Boat Warehouse.
  • Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy (Collectible 5): Shoot the electrical box as mentioned in Collectible 1. Look up in the Boat Storage room for a rope you can shoot down. Go up the rope and follow the wooden catwalk until you reach some office. Go through the offices to reach the Ice Cream Cone Backpack Trophy sitting in a window.

Thank you! This was by no means an intuitive mission! I would never have otherwise thought to look upstairs and across from the bar to shoot out the electrical box. I found 4 out of the 5 collectibles and needed this to get the last one along with the backpack trophy. I do like a good challenge, but the devs got just a bit overzealous on a few of these making them sadly not as enjoyable to play. Overall, the game has fantastic balance, and that certainly does make up for an overkill challenge every so often!
