Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Pokedex Rewards

In Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet there are 400 Pokemon players must catch to complete the Paldea Pokedex. While catching the Pokemon itself is a reward, there are also very specific Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Pokedex rewards to earn as your fill out volumes. Many of these rewards will help you continue to catch more Pokemon, making them well worth the effort to unlock.

Pokedex Milestone Rewards

The first way to receive rewards for filling in your Pokedex comes from the Pokedex itself. There are special Milestones players can reach to receive a reward. These Milestones begin at 10 Pokemon caught and go all the way to 400 Pokemon caught. The rewards you get are:

Jacq Pokedex Rewards

Alongside the Milestones you can earn from the Pokedex itself, there is a teacher that is very interested in filling in the Pokedex. That teacher is Jacq, who is located in the Biology Lab at the Academy. He tells you that he will give you special rewards for filling in the Pokedex. Each time you reach a certain amount caught you can return and speak to him to get a reward. The rewards are:

Upon filling in the entire Pokedex you will receive one final reward from Director Clavell at the Academy. This reward is a Diploma saying that you’ve completed the Paldea Pokedex. This Diploma is stamped by the game’s developer, Game Freak.
