Katana ZERO Tutorial Guide – How to get the Don’t Hang Up! Achievement

When you start Katana ZERO, you will take control of the main protagonist who is a ninja. This sequence teaches you a bit about the game and how it plays. Below I will run you show you how to complete the opening mission in our Katana ZERO guide.

Controls in Katana ZERO come binded to the ones listed below. If you wish yo rebind controls, simply press the start menu then select options > Keyboard/Gamepad controls. That’s everything you need to know about controls (though the tutorial will highlight these controls for you.

When you begin Katana ZERO you will watch a brief cutscene and then get prompted to deflect a bullet. Once you’ve deflected the bullet you will take control of the main character. From here head to the right.

Walk to the right until you reach a clothesline. Jump onto the clothesline then drop down. Aim at the breakable floor and slash. Drop down and make your way through the door to your right and then enter the next area. You will get a phone call.

Achievement: Don’t Hang Up!

Achievement: Don't Hang Up!

Achievement Description: “In 1962, the Orlons released one of the all-time greatest doo wop hits, Don’t Hang Up. Google it. Anyway, you hung up your phone a lot.”

In the next hallway you will receive a phone call. If you want to unlock an achievement, simply continue hanging up (this is done by selecting the hang up choice) until the person on the phone gets angry. This will unlock the Don’t Hang Up! achievement.

After speaking with the person on the phone, you will see a title credit. You will then be taken to the first mission called Factory Hideout. This mission will introduce more mechanics to you.
