Where to Start the Blasphemous 2 Mea Culpa DLC

You start the DLC from this map spot in the Street of Wakes.

To begin the Blasphemous 2 Mea Culpa DLC, head to the Street of Wakes area. Look for the large rectangular room with the Prie Dieu—thanks to the new DLC, there’s now a lower section in this room that you can access.

In this lower section, you’ll find two doors: one on the right and one on the left. Head through the door on the right to enter a room with a pit, a statue, and a locked door.

Interact with this statue to get the Mud Key. Then use it on the door to the right.

In this room, talk to the character in the pit to learn that you’ll need the Clay Key to unlock it. For now, continue past the pit and climb up to the statue. Interact with it to receive the Mud Key, which you can then use to open the door on the right. This breaks the Mud Key but allows you to enter the next room.

Make your way to the right to reach the Icebound Mausoleum named area. This is the first major area in the Mea Culpa DLC. Progress through it to officially begin the DLC and access both the Graves quest and the Prisoner quest.

There’s a wealth of content for players to explore in the Blasphemous 2 DLC. Be sure to check out our other guides for Mea Culpa to enhance your DLC experience and make the most of everything it has to offer!
