In Resident Evil Village the money you collect is called Lei. Lei is very important to collect during your playthrough as it is need to purchase and upgrade items through the game’s vendor Duke. To maximize your playthrough you will want to collect as much Lei as possible. To do this one of the important mechanics you need to learn is how to sell items in Resident Evil Village.

Selling Items in The Duke’s Purse in Resident Evil Village

Many of the items you pick up in Resident Evil Village can be sold for Lei. To sell an item make your way to Duke. Duke is the resident merchant for the game. This large man resides inside a carriage that appears in a variety of locations. To sell your items to Duke speak to the character and select The Duke’s Purse. This will take you to the game’s sell page. On this page you will see the various items you can sell for Lei. There are special items that can be sold for Lei called Treasures. Many of the game’s harder enemies drop these Treasures. You can also find them sparkling in the environment. When you see a sparkling item be sure to pick it up for easy Lei.

Be sure to consistently check what items you can sell to the Duke whenever you encounter him. Something you may have picked can be worth a decent chunk of Lei. Use the added income you receive to buy items or upgrade weapons to make them stronger. These purchases will help you as you complete the main storyline. It will also help you afford some of the more expensive weapon purchases in the game.
