Complete these three missions to unlock the clan system.

In order to unlock clans in The Division 2 you need to complete a few story missions to have access to the NPC Grace Larson. The missions you need to complete are as follows:

  • Grand Washington Hotel.
  • Jefferson Trade Center.
  • ViewPoint Museum.

After these three missions are beaten, return to the Theater Settlement and speak with Grace Larson. Once Grace Larson is unlocked you will gain access to the Clan system at the White House. An icon will appear on you map for the Clan area so you won’t get lost heading there.

Grace will let you create a clan if you are interested.

Once you’ve completed the missions mentioned above and made your way to the White House clan area, you will be able to make or join a clan. Making a clan is relatively simple. All you need to do is speak with Grace Larson in the east wing of the White House. Grace will have a create clan option. When you select this option you will be taken to the clan setup page which features a number of options. Setup your clan as you like. That’s it!

If you want to join a clan, I’ve put together an HTR (Hold To Reset) clan that is open to the public.
