The Honkai Star Rail Hiring Guides Gepard Adventure Mission is a special mission that players can complete as part of the Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities event. How to Start Hiring Guides Gepard

Speak to Gepard at this location.

To start the Hiring Guides: Gepard Adventure Mission you need to complete special objectives at the Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities. As you do this you unlock special missions you can complete including Hiring Guides: Gepard. When this mission is active visit Gepard at the Silvermane Guard Restricted Zone. Make your way to the Frontlines and speak to Gepard there to begin his mission.

Speak to Gepard and Pela

Speak to Gepard. Gepard will reply that he already applied to be a volunteer but that Pela never got back to him. Following this revelation you will then message Pela. During this conversation Pela tells you that Gepard did apply and that she doesn’t need you help interviewing him. This means you get a nice break from having to do an interview. Following this conversation with Pela speak to Gepard again. You tell him that Pela made a mistake.

Following the reveal Pela will agree to hire Gepard as a Guest Guide. Gepard can be equipped from the museum management mode. His stats are 5/80/83. You also can claim 5x Stellar Jade from the Exhibit Index once she is unlocked.
