To start it visit Uldan in the Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities. Speak to him in the General Hall – Interior. He tells you to look for Rebini in the Great Mines.

Get a Stone-Grilled Olms dish.

Before you go to see Rebini you will need to make a pit stop for a specific food. The painter wants the Stone-Grilled Olms dish. This dish can be purchased from the Boulder Town food vendor Turner. Go to Turner and buy 1x Stone-Grilled Olm from him.

Find Rebini in the Great Mines

Once you have the dish head to the Great Mines. If you need a place to teleport to, simply go to the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Spike to be near where Rebini is. From the shadow head north to Rebini standing on the edge of a walkway.

Approach the NPC and speak to him. He will ask you for a Stone-Grilled Olm. Give him the dish we bought earlier. In exchange for the food he will agree to give a painting to museum. Rebini will then leave the area and you will get a new objective.

Report to Uldan and then Hang the Painting

Now that you’ve secured the painting, head back to the Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities. Go to Uldan and speak to him. Tell him that you have acquired The Laborer’s painting. You will then need to place it on the wall where you first spoke to Uldan. Do this and the painting will appear in the museum.

This ends the Oil Painting with a Panorama of the Great Mine quest. Completing this quest increases the development fund by 5000 after each management action. You also can claim 5x Stellar Jade from the Exhibit Index once the artifact is unlocked. See the next artifact you can collect in our Exhibit Collection Cannon guide.
