- If you completed the missions before the deadline: The discount has been applied to your in-game account, and you will see the lower price when purchasing a mansion.
- If you missed the deadline: You must pay the full, base price for the mansion. The Gold Tier missions are no longer available for the discount reward.

You can choose from three main interior styles for your mansion: San Andreas Coastal (Free), Los Santos Loft ($497,500), or Vinewood Regency ($612,500), each giving your property a distinct look and atmosphere.
You can also customize your interior further with Tints and Patterns. Tints cost $100,000, while Patterns are priced at $245,000.
Outdoor & Estate Features
Mansion grounds include optional luxury features:
