GTA Online Dispatch Work Explained
GTA Online Dispatch Work was introduced during the Bottom Dollar Bounties update. This new Free Roam activity gives players the chance to take on the role of law enforcers, tackling various criminal activities and dealing with lawbreakers across the city. Our quick guide below covers everything you need to know about Dispatch Work.
What is Dispatch Work in GTA Online
Dispatch Work is a Freemode activity in GTA Online that allows players to undertake missions for Vincent. Players that own a Law Enforcement vehicle can use it to trigger special tasks from Vincent in the open world.
Dispatch Work offers one of a four activities around Los Santos that players can complete, each involving straightforward objectives:
- Officer Monitored: Recover CCTV footage as evidence
- Possession For Sale: Recover narcotics from gang members as evidence for Vincent
- Civil Disturbance: Eliminate targets for Vincent to take them off the street
- Malicious Mischief: Disable explosives
These tasks are generally uncomplicated, with none proving excessively challenging or time-consuming. The primary time investment typically involves driving to the locations.
How to Start Dispatch Work in GTA Online
To begin Dispatch Work, players must use a Law Enforcement vehicle. Currently, there are six vehicles eligible for this activity:
- Declasse Impaler SZ Cruiser
- Bravado Greenwood Cruiser
- Bravado Dorado Cruiser
- Stanier LE Cruiser
- Unmarked Cruiser
- Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor
If you lack Law Enforcement vehicles in your Warstock Cache & Carry store, you must fulfill specific criteria to unlock them.
To unlock the first three vehicles for purchase (Declasse Impaler SZ Cruiser, Bravado Greenwood Cruiser, and Bravado Dorado Cruiser), complete the Slush Fund mission in The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid.
For the remaining three vehicles, meet their unlock requirements by completing The Chop Shop or The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid.
Before starting a Dispatch Work mission, make sure you are not registered as a CEO, VIP, or MC President. Call in one of the six law enforcement vehicles from the list above and enter it. Press R3 (on the controller), then push the D-Pad right to begin a Dispatch Work mission.
Completing a Dispatch Work mission rewards you with RP and GTA$. After finishing a mission, wait for a 5-minute cooldown period. Once this cooldown ends, request another mission and continue your tasks for Vincent.
