Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree St. Trina Quest Guide

The Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree St. Trina quest is a special quest that players can complete for St. Trina. This quest runs parallel with Thiollier’s and, when completed, rewards the player with a special item. To help you complete this quest see our full St. Trina quest guide below.

Note: It is highly recommended that you complete Thiollier’s quest alongside St. Trina’s. They run parallel to one another and give out various rewards while being completed.

Step 1: Meet St. Trina in the Garden of Deep Purple

To locate St. Trina, players must first break the Great Rune seal and then go to a hidden area known as the Garden of Deep Purple. Access this location by traveling through the Cerulean Coast, then through the Stone Coffin Fissure, and finally reaching the Garden of Deep Purple. Once in the Garden of Deep Purple, you need to defeat the challenging boss known as the Putrescent Knight. After defeating this boss, a small cave area will open up, containing numerous flowers. Among these flowers, you will find St. Trina.

Step 2: Imbibe Nectar from St. Trina and Hear Her Speak

When you interact with St. Trina, you have the option to Imbibe Nectar. This choice poisons and kills you immediately, but it’s necessary to hear her speak.

To hear all of St. Trina’s dialogue, you must drink the Nectar six times. On the fourth, fifth, and sixth times, she will speak to you, and on the final occasion, she directs you to eliminate Miquella.

If you’re also pursuing Thiollier’s quest, you can interact with him in this room to advance his storyline, which leads to additional rewards later in the DLC.

Step 3: Defeat Radahn, Consort of Miquella and Return to St. Trina

Proceed through the DLC to reach the final dungeon, Enir-Ilim. Navigate through this dungeon and confront Needle Knight Leda and her allies in battle.

Once you’ve defeated them, ascend to the top of the castle to confront the final boss, Radahn, Consort of Miquella. Defeat Radahn. After defeating Radahn, return to St. Trina in the Garden of Deep Purple.

Approach St. Trina. She has split in two. On the ground by her feet is an item. Pick up the item to get the St. Trina’s Blossom (Helmet). This helmet, when worn, puts a small flower in your character’s hair.
