Dying Light Egg Hunt Guide

It is that time of year for people to hide eggs for others to find. In keeping with the spirit of the season Dying Light is holding a special holiday event called the Harran Egg Hunt. How to Start the Harran Egg Hunt

The Harran Egg Hunt is running from April 1-7 in Dying Light. While this event is active you simply need to login to the game to find special Easter eggs in loot boxes and from special ‘bunny zombies.’ There is nothing you need to do on your end but simply login to the game to start playing. If you wish to turn off this event you can do so via Main Menu > Options > Online > Community event participation.

How to Find Harran Eggs

The goal of the Harran Egg Hunt event is to collect eggs. These eggs come from two sources: chests and special ‘bunny’ zombies that are wearing white outfits. When you collect an egg you get a special grenade eggs that does that can have the following effects:

• Poison.
• Freeze.
• Fire.
• Knockback.

The eggs themselves will appear pretty commonly. The best approach is to just play the game and you are sure to stumble upon the white dressed zombies and the Easter eggs. Collecting the eggs is well worth the effort as there are some rewards for doing so.

Egg Hunt Rewards

While this event is active you and the community will want to grab as many eggs as possible. This is because there are a few rewards to unlock. The rewards are split between a daily bounty of 10 eggs and a community goal of 1.5 million. The rewards you can get are as follows:

• Collect 10 Eggs: Gold Weapon.
• Collect 30 Eggs: Cock-A-Doodle-Do outfit.
• Community Collects 1.5 Million Eggs: Three Gold Weapons.

The community is well on pace to easily complete this challenge so you should get everything listed above easily by simply logging in and collecting 10 eggs. Once this is done just assist the community or sit back and wait for others to do all the work.
