Destiny 2: Obelisk Sundial Link Rewards
In Season 9 of Destiny 2 there is a new gameplay addition called obelisks which can be found on different planets across the system. These obelisks can be repaired by completing specific activities on the planet. Once you’ve opened an obelisk you can link it to The Sundial to unlock specific rewards. Below I’ve listed the Obelisk Sundial link rewards if you’re interested in knowing what they are.
Note: not all obelisks are currently online in Destiny 2. I will update the post as more become available.
Tangled Shore Sundial Link Rewards
The first obelisk you will have any interaction with is the obelisk on the Tangled Shore. This obelisk is repaired during the A Disturbance on Mercury mission. Once the Tangled Shore obelisk is open you will link it to the Sundial and will unlock its rewards:
- Breachlight: Side Arm.
- Steelfeather Repeater: Auto Rifle.
When this obelisk is linked to The Sundial you are able to pick between these two weapons as your reward at the end of The Sundial Arena mission.
Mars Obelisk Link Rewards
The second obelisk that was released with Season 9 is located on Mars. To learn how to unlock the obelisk you can read our guide here. Once the obelisk is unlocked you can link it to the Sundial to access its rewards. The rewards from this obelisk are as follows:
- Martyr’s Retribution: Grenade Launcher.
- Line in the Sand: Linear Fusion Rifle.
When this obelisk is linked to The Sundial you are able to pick between these two weapons as your reward at the end of The Sundial Arena mission.
Nessus Obelisk Link Rewards
The third obelisk that was released with Season 9 is located on Nessus. To learn how to unlock the obelisk you can read our guide here. Once the obelisk is unlocked you can link it to the Sundial to access its rewards. The rewards from this obelisk are as follows:
- Traveler’s Judgement 5
- Patron of Lost Causes
When this obelisk is linked to The Sundial you are able to pick between these two weapons as your reward at the end of The Sundial Arena mission.
EDZ Obelisk Link Rewards
The fourth obelisk that was released with Season 9 is located on the EDZ. To learn how to unlock the obelisk you can read our guide here. Once the obelisk is unlocked you can link it to the Sundial to access its rewards. The rewards from this obelisk are as follows:
- Gallant Charge
- Infinite Paths 8
When this obelisk is linked to The Sundial you are able to pick between these two weapons as your reward at the end of The Sundial Arena mission.
