Dark Souls 3’s final piece of DLC content dropped today and that means figuring out how to access it. Fortunately for us, FromSoftware has made The Ringed City DLC relatively easy to access. All we need to do is access one of two new bonfires we can use to warp there. For those of you who don’t know where these bonfires are, the guide below shows where to find Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City entrance.

Where to Find The Ringed City Entrance in Dark Souls 3

There are two methods to accessing the Ringed City players that own the DLC can use depending on their progress in the game. Which method you can use depends on whether you completed the Ashes of Ariandel DLC or not. The two methods are:

Method 1: If You’ve Completed Ashes of Ariandel

1. Finish Ashes of Ariandel: Ensure you’ve conquered the chilling Ashes of Ariandel DLC. If you haven’t, grab your sword and venture into the snowy abyss.
2. Seek the Painter: Climb up to the attic of the Ariandel Chapel. Yes, the one with the creepy flies buzzing around. There, you’ll find the mysterious painter. Have a chat with her.
3. Fast-Travel Magic: Now, fast-travel to the Sister Friede bonfire. It’s like Uber for undead. This magical ride will whisk you away to the first level of The Ringed City. Prepare for the descent!

Method 2: If You Haven’t Completed Ashes of Ariandel

1. Final Boss Fight: First, make sure you’ve faced the final boss in the base game. You know, the one that makes you question your life choices.
2. Secret Bonfire: Travel to the bonfire outside the final boss arena. It’s like the VIP section of bonfires. But wait! There’s more. Turn around, and behold—a second bonfire awaits. It’s like finding a hidden treasure chest in a pixelated world.
3. Touch the Bonfire: Interact with this newfound bonfire. Poof! You’ll be teleported straight to the first level of The Ringed City. No need for a passport; your undead status is your ticket.
