Borderlands 3: Desolation’s Edge Crew Challenges Guide

Upon defeat of Troy in The Great Vault you will head to a new planet called Nekrotafeyo. On Nekrotafeyo you will go to a zone called Desolation’s Edge. Desolation’s Edge has nine Crew Challenges for you to complete. Use our Desolation’s Edge Crew Challenges guide to do just that.

Desolation’s Edge Crew Challenges Locations Map

The Desolation’s Edge zone is a large zone with many Crew Challenges to complete. These Crew Challenges are scattered throughout the zone. I’ve marked the map above with all of their locations.

Legendary Hunt: Desolation’s Edge

You will find the Legendary Hunt of the Blinding Banshee located at the spot marked on the map above. Kill this creature to complete the challenge.

Dead Claptrap #1: Quietus Pike

During the story mission Footsteps of Giants you will be tasked with heading an alternative route to Vault. As you head through Quietus Pike a door will unlock. Head through this door and you will reach the Vault. Don’t go inside, instead head to the south to find this Dead Claptrap inside a flytrap.

Crimson Radio #1: The Conqueror

In the southwest corner of The Conqueror area you will find a radio tower. Climb the various shipping containers to reach the computer for sabotage.

Typhon Log #1: In The Wake of Doubt

You will Meet Typhon in an area called In The Wake of Doubt. In this area just before the Vault door you will find the Typhon Log to the west overlooking the area.

Typhon Log #2: The Conqueror

North of where you meet the robot called Grouse you will find a Typhon Log on a ridge overlooking The Conqueror.

Dead Claptrap #2: The Conqueror

In the area called The Conquere you will find a Dead Claptrap next to a crashed ship in the north side of the area.

Hijack Target #1: The Stain

In the the southeast corner of this room in the Stain you will find this Hijack Target. It is blocked by a shield. To get inside follow the three cables to their respective generators. Shoot each generator then run through the open shield (if you are too slow the shield pops again). Take this Pulsing Outrunner to the nearest Catch-A-Ride.

Crimson Radio #2: The Stain

In the area called The Stain you will find a Crimson Radio opposite the Hijack Target. To reach the computer jump to the crate then to the light post then across to the shipping container. After this make the final jump to the tower with the radio tower on it.

Hijack Target #2: The Conqueror

The 6G Cyclone is located inside a building with vines covering the entrance. Melee the vines then drive the C6 Cyclone to the nearest Catch-A-Ride.

Typhon Log #3: A Testament of Longing

In the area called Testament of Longing you will find a Typhon Log on the platform to the far west side of the room. Jump to across the gap to reach the platform.

Typhon Dead Drop: The Conqueror

Note: If you go to the here without gathering the logs, the chest is locked.

In the northeast section of The Conqueror area there is a slit covered by vines. Destroy these vines and enter the slit. In this lower area make your way inside and look under the man made waterfall to the east. Here you will find the Dead Drop.
