Quest Details
Before proceeding, here’s how this quest works: in Blasphemous 2, you’ll need to find and visit five graves. Each grave only becomes accessible after you’ve defeated all enemies in the room. Once cleared, a blue flame will appear above the grave, signaling it’s ready for interaction. Stand on the grave and wait 10 seconds to trigger a ghostly encounter that rewards you with an item.

In this room, you’ll find the fifth grave. Stand on it and wait; your character will kneel, triggering the reward of the Beatus Lacrimatorio, the final item from this quest.
What the Beatus Lacrimatorio Does
Obtaining the Beatus Lacrimatorio unlocks a new Golden Bile Flask for you to use. This flask replaces one of your regular flask charges. When you use the Golden Bile Flask, it fully heals you and completely refills your Fervor bar simultaneously.
