The Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointment is located in the Elevated Temples area. Before you can reach this item you need to first advance through the game until your acquire the final ability called Scion’s Protection. Once you’ve acquired this ability make your way to the lower left room. Use the ability to climb to the right until you reach the item sitting next to the gate. Pick it up to get the Holy Oil.

What Do You Do with the Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointment in Blasphemous 2

The Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointment is needed for players to complete Yerma’s questline. During this questline, once you’ve reached Twin Moons, Yerma will ask the Penitent One to acquire Holy Oil for her to use on her spear. The oil she is talking about is the Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointment. Once the player has acquired this item they can give it to Yerma to finish off her questline.

If haven’t been doing Yerma’s questline the Holy Oil of Everlasting Anointment will sit in your inventory without a use. This is similar to a couple of other items which are contingent on completing certain steps or actions in other questlines.
