How to Get Laminate-Armor Media Ballistic Vest
Getting this legendary vest is very easy to do. To start make your way to the Redwood Market fast travel point in Japantown. Once you are at this location head across the bridge and ride the elevator down to street level.
At street level head southwest and go down the two sets of stairs. At the bottom of the stairs turn right to see a garage with a door that is opened. We are not going into the garage. Instead jump over the green railing to the left and walk over to the next balcony. Search the bag on the ground to find the Laminate-Armor Media Ballistic Vest. Pick it up to add it to your inventory.
The Laminate-Armor Media Ballistic Vest is a legendary armor piece. This piece comes Explosion Damage Reduction and increased Mitigation Strength. It also has red flavor text that says the following:
