Give Water to Thirsty Man Outside Mibu Village
Make your way to the Wedding Cave Door idol in the Ashina Depths area. From the idol turn around and head away from the Wedding Door. Head down the path until you reach a building surrounded by enemies. Go past the enemies to the right of the stairs. Crouch and go under the building. Use the shinobi switch-door underneath the house to enter it. Inside there is an old man drinking. Speak with him multiple times until you can offer him the Water of the Palace. In return he will give you Dragonspring Sake. Return to the idol, rest, then go back to see the man. He will attack you. Defeat him to get 5 Treasure Carp Scales.
