Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari Evolutions
In the Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari DLC there are new DLC characters to unlock and new DLC weapon evolutions to create. All Tides of the Foscari DLC Evolutions & Unions
As you play through the DLC you will unlock new characters and new weapons. Each time you unlock a new weapon you will be able to evolve it or make a new union that was previously not in the game. The table below walks you through how to make the 5 evolutions & unions in the DLC.

As with the other weapon evolutions in the game you need to reach the required level of the weapon and passive then trigger a Treasure Chest. This will create the evolved weapon or union.
Each of the evolutions listed above is tied to a different achievement in the DLC. You can read about them either on Steam/Xbox or through the Hints screen on the Main Menu. Unlocking Evolutions makes them appear in the Grimoire for future reference.
