Vampire Survivors Darkana Guide
The Vampire Survivors Darkasso update adds a new type of Arcana-like card called Darkana. These cards offer unique run bonuses that significantly boost your gameplay. How to Get the Darkasso Relic & Darkanas
To start unlocking Darkanas in Vampire Survivors, you first need to obtain the Darkasso Relic. This relic is located in the Challenge Stage Room 1665. To find it, make your way to the last room of this stage. In that room, you’ll find the Darkasso Relic. Pick it up to gain the ability to unlock and use Darkanas.
Darkana Unlocks & What Each One Does
Unlock all five Darkanas in Vampire Survivors by completing specific tasks with certain items and characters. Each Darkana offers unique gameplay enhancements and unlocks its corresponding achievement. The table below outlines the steps needed to unlock each Darkana.

How to Equip Darkanas
After unlocking the Darkasso Relic and a Darkana, you can equip it during a run. To do this, press the red Darkanas button on the Randomazzo. This opens the Darkanas menu, where you’ll see all the Darkanas cards you’ve unlocked. Select the card you want to equip, and it will be applied to your current run.
