Once you have S.03 from Melvin you will want to head out and start hunting some alligators. You will find alligators in bodies of water like the river. With that said the best location to farm this quest is Isaac Lake. This large lake location is teeming with alligators you can shoot from the shore. Simply ride around this location and take out every alligator you see to reach 30 total defeated.

If you are having trouble taking out the alligators (since they are fairly tankie) advance the story so you unlock charms. Apply charms to your weapons so you deal more damage. Also aim for the alligators heads when shooting at them to deal critical damage.

After you’ve defeated 30 alligators head back to the police station and speak to Melvin. For defeating all 30 alligators and completing the three side quests he gives you you will receive $75.00 for your troubles. If you speak to Melvin after this quest is done he will give you a super quest that tasks you with killing all 30 of each target called S.0.4 Endless Extermination.
