Resident Evil 4 Remake Bonus Weapons are special unlockable weapons that players can get from completing challenges in the game. There are three of these weapons for players to unlock. To learn what the Resident Evil 4 Remake Bonus Weapons are, and how to unlock them, see the guide below.

Chicago Sweeper

The Chicago Sweeper is one of three unlockable bonus weapons in the remake. This weapon is unlocked by completing the challenge called Leon “A.” Kennedy which tasks players with completing the main story on Professional mode with an A rank. Once you’ve completed this challenge you can buy the Chicago Sweeper from Bonuses > Extra Content Shop > Weapons. It can then be claimed from the Storage menu at any Typewriter.

Once you’ve fully maxed out the Chicago Sweeper (cost = 642,500 ptas.) you can unlock the special weapon Exclusive upgrade. For this gun the Exclusive upgrade is that its Ammunition never runs out. This means you never have to bother reloading the weapon.

Handcannon

The Handcannon is one of three unlockable bonus weapons in the remake. This weapon is unlocked two ways. The first way is completing the challenge called Professional Agent which tasks players with completing a new game in the main story on Professional mode without using any bonus weapons. The second way is getting 3 S Ranks in Mercenaries Mode. Once you’ve completed this challenge you can buy the Handcannon from Bonuses > Extra Content Shop > Weapons. It can then be claimed from the Storage menu at any Typewriter.

Description: “A Magnum revolver. Its extra-large X-frame was built to handle the muzzle velocity of the strong cartridge and deliver some serious firepower.”

Once you’ve fully maxed out the Handcannon (cost = 528,500 ptas.) you can unlock the special weapon Exclusive upgrade. For this gun the Exclusive upgrade is that its Ammunition never runs out. This means you never have to bother reloading the weapon.

Primal Knife

The Primal Knife is one of three unlockable bonus weapons in the remake. This weapon is unlocked by completing the challenge called Revolution Wind-up which tasks players with destroying all 16 of the Clockwork Castellans collectibles. Once you’ve completed this challenge you can buy the Primal Knife from Bonuses > Extra Content Shop > Weapons. It can then be claimed from the Storage menu at any Typewriter.

Once you’ve fully maxed out the Primal Knife (cost = 262,500 ptas.) you can unlock the special weapon Exclusive upgrade. For this weapon the Exclusive upgrade is that its gains infinite durability. This makes it so the knife will never break, even if you use it all the time.

The bonus weapons are not the only unlockables in the remake. There are also special outfits and even special accessories players can get from completing specific challenges. Both of these classes of unlocks feature unique gameplay bonuses you are sure to want to get for yourself including infinite ammo.
