Remnant 2 Ford’s Scattergun is a hidden weapon players can find in The Red Throne on Yaesha. This weapon is accessible by getting a specific ring from The Eternal Empress. To get this ring and the weapon you need to follow a certain path through the world’s storyline. To help you get Ford’s Scattergun, see our guide below.

How to Get the Seal of the Empress in Remnant 2

To get Ford’s Scattergun you need to first get the Seal of the Empress Ring. To get the Seal of the Empress you need to complete the Yaesha storyline by helping The Eternal Empress. Agree to help her in your first meeting then go and defeat the World Boss. Return to The Red Throne and speak to the empress. Make the following selections:

  1. The Abomination is slain, Your Eternity.
  2. Long Live Her Permanence.
  3. Kneel.

For being such a good subject the empress gives the player the Seal of the Empress as a reward. This ring increases Max Health by 20 and reduces Max Stamina by 10. Additionally, when you wear the ring, Pan Warriors will not attack you.

How to Get the Ford’s Scattergun in Remnant 2

Go down into the secret area of library o find the gun.

Once you have the Seal of the Empress Ring equip it and head to the Library in The Red Throne. In the middle of this room is the empress sigil on the floor. The floor will move where the sigil is, revealing a secret area below. Go into the secret area and you will find a treasure chest and Ford’s Scattergun on display. Grab the gun from the display to add it to your inventory.

That’s all you need to do to get the Ford’s Scattergun weapon for yourself. This weapon is a shotgun style weapon. It also serves a secondary purpose as being one of the required weapons to unlock the Archon Archetype.
