Remnant 2 Fords Safe Code Guide

In Remnant 2 you will come across a safe in Ward 13 that belongs to Founder Ford. This safe requires a number sequence to successfully open. Where to Find Fords Safe

During your first playthrough of Remnant 2 you are tasked with playing through the game’s intro. During this intro you reach the game’s hub area called Ward 13. In Ward 13 you are required to speak to Founder Ford in his room above the workshop areas. In Founder Ford’s room you will find the safe on the floor by some lockers.

To open the safe you need to first complete more of the intro. Specifically the section where you have to explore the abandoned area of Ward 13 using the Ward 13 Key. At the beginning of this section Founder Ford gives you a Flashlight which has the Safe Code on it.

What is Founder Ford’s Safe Code

To learn Founder Ford’s Safe Code open your inventory and go to the Quest Item section. Highlight the Flashlight and push inspect. Rotate the Flashlight item so you can see the numbers on the bottom of it. You will see the numbers to open Founder Ford’s Safe are 0415.

Take the code and go to Founder Ford’s room. Interact with the safe and punch in the numbers to open it. Inside of Founder Ford’s Safe is the Cargo Control Key. This key opens a specific door in Ward 13.

What Door Does the Cargo Control Key Open?

Once you have the Cargo Control Key you need to find the door it opens. Thankfully for us it is pretty obvious. In the far northeast corner of Ward 13 there is a crashed cargo ship. Follow the path that leads to it until you reach the very end. At the very end you will come to a locked door on the ship. Use the Cargo Control Key to open the door.

Inside the cargo control room you will find a purple weapon on a desk. Approach this weapon and pick it up to unlock the MP60-R handgun. This is a secondary weapon you can equip.
