How to Get Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Special Rockruff
Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon feature a number of pre order bonuses for players to grab. One of the more interesting and noteworthy ones comes in the form of a special Rockruff. Unlike normal Rockruffs the one you receive as a gift will evolve into the special Dusk Form Lycanroc. Here is how to get Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon special Rockruff.

Special Rockruff is a gift your receive for pre ordering Pokemon Ultra Sun or Pokemon Ultra Moon anytime before January 10, 2018. Unlike other Rockruffs, this special Rockruff you get will evolve into the Dusk Form Lycanroc. When you receive the Pokemon, you will get this prompt, “This Rockruff will evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc when leveled up to Lv. 25 or higher between the in-game times of 5:00 p.m. and 5:59 p.m.” So basically you need to level Rockruff up to Lv. 25 or higher within a certain time window (easy enough).
Getting Special Rockruff
Getting your very own Rockruff is actually really easy. Simply start the game and access the Mystery Gift menu. From this menu, select Receive Gift and connect to the internet. Mystery Gift will search for Rockruff and eventually give it to you. To receive the Rockruff in game, simply find the Deliveryman at any Pokemon Center. That’s it!
